Conditions de location

Dépôt de garantie et mensualités
Dès le début de la location, le paiement du dépôt de garantie et de la première mensualité est dû auprès de Stromvelo GmbH. Le paiement des mensualités suivantes est à effectuer à l'avance.

Possibilité d'achat
Le locataire peut à tout moment faire usage de son droit d'acheter l'E:Bike de Stromvelo GmbH en payant le prix de l'E:Bike, déductions faites du dépôt de garantie et de toutes les mensualités versées jusqu'à ce jour, majoré des frais d'administration de CHF250.00.

Fin du contrat de location
Le locataire peut à tout moment résilier le contrat de location en rendant l'E:Bike à Stromvelo GmbH.
En cas de résiliation prématurée du contrat de location, les mensualités appliquées sont les mensualités de la durée de location plus courte.
Le dépôt de garantie est restitué au locataire après déduction de la différence pour les mensualités de location plus élevées et après déduction des éventuels frais de réparations nécessaires pour les dommages subis à l'E:Bike.
Les loyers s'élèvent à (en pourcentage du prix d'achat): 24mt 4%, 12mt 6%, 6mt 9%, 3mt 12%


Retard de paiement
Un retard de paiement des mensualités de location met automatiquement fin au contrat de location entre le locataire et Stromvelo GmbH.
Dans ce cas, le locataire doit immédiatement restituer l'E:Bike à Stromvelo GmbH.
Les mensualités appliquées sont les mensualités de la durée de location plus courte.
Le dépôt de garantie est restitué au locataire après déduction de la différence pour les mensualités de location plus élevées et après déduction des éventuels frais de réparations nécessaires pour les dommages subis à l'E:Bike.

Entretien
Le locataire s'engage à faire faire un service régulier de l'E:Bike chez Stromvelo GmbH. Les frais de service vont à la charge du locataire.

Assurance
Le locataire doit obligatoirement assurer l'E:Bike contre le vol et les dommages à la valeur à l'état neuf chez une assurance responsabilité civile.
